Six years. Three deployments. One homecoming. A week ago, Alex came home from his last deployment.
Swimsuit season is upon us. Although, I live in Southern Texas, so it's upon me ten and a half months of the year. I would love to tell you I'm confident in a bikini... I'd be lying.
Happy Fourth of July! It's a day to celebrate, but don't let the fanfare distract from the not so sparkly American past or present.
Pride month is almost over, but that doesn't mean we should stop celebrating. Finally got around to writing about what Pride means to me.
I will say "tampon" because my underwear demon will keep on coming until a doctor gives me a hysterectomy. I'm getting real and funny about tampons and some (not all) of my opinions on them. Also, I've had to show boyfriends how to use them because the education system sucks.
