27 out of 30 years of Christmases, I have had a live Christmas tree that has been cut down by someone adjacent to me. I am dedicated to having one even though I have allergies. Beau loves coming with to help pick one out. This is the first year in our house, and I picked the chonkiest, tallest tree possible. IT'S HUGE!!!

Pupdate! Duke Is Having Surgery and I Am So Happy
Duke is one special boy. He wasn't supposed to be a permanent part of the family, but I'm so glad he is for a few reasons. He's the only one who cuddles Mommy, but he has some serious health issues. His top jaw is significantly longer than his bottom jaw, and that's causing problems. Luckily, we can fix it.
